(a) In bicameral legislatures, the entire process of first, second and third reading must be repeated in the other House (the House of review). Only when the process has been completed in both Houses is the Bill's passage through the legislature complete.
(b) In bicameral legislatures, once the process of first, second and third reading has been completed in one House, a single reading of the Bill in the other House (the House of review) is sufficient to complete its passage through the legislature.
