Remember, you are trying to find the Damage by Aircraft Act 1999 (Cth).  You have chosen to look at the databases of Commonwealth cases and legislation. On the screen that appears, look under 'Cth Legislation' and select 'Commonwealth Consolidated Acts' as illustrated below.
