As you embark on your legal studies, it is important that you have a realistic view of how to approach your studies. Indicate whether or not each of the following statements reflects an accurate point of view. 

 

 

 
 
 
 

1. These days, learning and remembering information in detail is a waste of time.  You can always look up what you need to know.

2. Modern information technology has reduced the amount of Australian law to a manageable number of rules that, with effort, can be learned.

3. The meaning of written rules of law, even when carefully read, may be unclear, ambiguous or uncertain in their scope.

4. These days, law is written in ordinary English, without using foreign words, technical terms or specially defined words.
