11.9. Reading and analysing potentially relevant cases

 

 

 

Normally, you would be required to read the full law report of each potentially relevant case to properly understand what facts the court considered to be material, and what rule of law the court applied to those facts.

However, for the purposes of this case study, it will suffice to read summaries of the cases.
