						 All the examples so far in this section have dealt with guarantees in relation to the supply of goods to a consumer.  
						The provisions of s 60 - 63 of the ACL provide similar guarantees with regard to the supply of services to a consumer. This means that, if the relevant transaction if for the supply of services rather than goods, there are guarantees that: 
						
							- services will be supplied within a reasonable time.
 
							- services will be rendered with due care and skill
 
							- services will be reasonably fit for the purposes made known to the supplier by the consumer
 
						 
						These guarantees cannot be excluded by contract.
