A takes her washing machine to B's repair shop and asks B to fix it. B gives A a printed docket saying: "You'll need this to collect your machine." On the docket, under the heading 'terms and conditions', are various contractual terms. A does not read the docket.

Is A bound by the various 'terms and conditions' on the docket?

(a) Yes, because they are printed on a document given to A at the time B agrees to repair the machine.
