3.2. Defining chattels

It is important to be able to define and identify chattels. Bearing in mind the general facts of the case study, which one of the following things can properly be described as a 'chattel'?  Can you explain why the other things are not chattels?

• A shed built on the land Albert has bought

• A flatbed truck parked in the shed on Albert's land

• The brand name under which Albert markets the goods he manufactures

• All three of the things listed above
