Albert wants to know the different ways in which a lease is ended. Which one of the following statements is NOT true?

A lease comes to an end when the agreed term of the lease expires.

A lease for fixed term can be ended by agreement before the expiry of the term.

It is possible for a lease to continue indefinitely so that it does not expire on any fixed date, but only after a notice to terminate the lease is given by either party.
