Making a contract
4. The third essential element of formation: Sufficient agreement

4.15. Establishing the element of agreement in difficult cases

The examples in this module have shown that there are many factors which need to be taken into account when deciding whether or not there is sufficient agreement to bring about enforceable obligations.

If you keep in mind the basic principles of offer and acceptance, and the various aspects of these concepts illustrated by the examples in this section, you will soon be able to recognise potentially difficult situations and know how to deal with them.
