5.1. The process of applying legislation to cases

 

 

Cases may arise to which the provisions of existing legislation potentially apply. The processes of identifying the relevant legislation, finding the relevant sections, and applying them properly to the facts of the case need to be understood and carefully followed.

These processes are dealt with in this part of the module.

On the next page you will find some further information about the case study introduced in the previous sections.
