A, who is now an adult, claims to have suffered abuse 30 years previously while he was a child in the care of a church-run organisation.  The person who abused him is now deceased but A wishes to claim damages from the church for Negligence.   In these circumstances, does A have any reasonable prospects of a successful action against the institution?
