Read the following facts and then answer the question.

A is an employment consultant. In 1990, B asks A to test her business skills because she wants to apply for a good job she has seen advertised. Because of a careless error by A in the computation of the test results, B scores badly on the tests. When told her results B decides not to apply for the job and is unemployed for the next five years. When she next applies for a job, she wins a two year contract, but lacking confidence because of the test results, she performs badly and is dismissed after a month. Then B discovers the truth about her test results.

What types of harm have occurred here that would be actionable under the tort of Negligence?

1. Purely economic (or financial) harm?

2. Harm in the form of a lost opportunity or chance?
