Read the facts and the question and then choose the best answer. A says to B: "I'll sell you my car for $5,000." B replies to A: "I'll think about it and let you know on Friday." A says to B: "No, forget it. I'm not prepared to wait." If B now wants to accept A's offer immediately, is it still available?
