1 (b) That's wrong. The facts of this case indicate that B has suffered physical harm to his person in the form of cuts and a broken leg. These injuries require treatment in hospital. And because of the broken leg B has to miss work for a month. So the loss that flows from the physical harm includes the cost of medical treatment not covered by Medicare and the earnings that B was unable to make.

Physical harm to the person is one of the most common types of harm which is compensable in an action for Negligence.
