The sections of longer Acts may be grouped into separate ‘Parts’. Parts can be further divided into ‘Divisions’ and ‘Subdivisions’. The headings given to Parts and Divisions are a useful indication of the nature and scope of the sections within them.
Some Acts have a table of provisions, showing the structure and contents of the Act in summary. This is useful when an Act has provisions covering many different topics. It is also a convenient way of getting an overview of an Act and finding your way to the sections you need.
This Act, being short, is not divided into parts or divisions and does not have a table of provisions.
