(a)  It is a generic term of a contract for the sale of goods that, if no time for the delivery of the goods sold is agreed, then delivery must take place within a reasonable time of the contract being made.

(b)  It is a generic term of a contract for the sale of goods that, unless otherwise agreed, delivery should be made at the place that the goods were at the time of contracting.

(c)  It is a generic term of a contract for the sale of goods that, if no other time for payment is agreed, payment is due within a reasonable time of the goods being delivered to the buyer.
