3. (a) Yes, that's correct. The seller of goods who continues to possess them until the agreed time for delivery possesses them as a bailee. A bailee must deliver goods as agreed. Refusing to do so is a clear denial of the bailor's right to immediate possession of the goods.

The same principle applies in other cases where a temporary right of possession comes to an end, and is followed by a refusal to restore the goods.
