(c) That's incorrect.

The word 'land' is defined by legislation as including buildings. Land also includes various other things, but only if they are permanently attached to the ground, such as fountains or decking, and things growing on the land such as crops and trees. Things not permanently affixed to land do not become part of it.

It follows from this that Albert does not need to purchase the building separately from purchasing the land.
