"An unqualified or unskilled person might not have foreseen that removing the wall involved a risk of harm. But an engineer is a professional person with special expertise, skill and knowledge. In such cases, the 'reasonable person' must be attributed with that same expertise and knowledge when deciding what harm was foreseeable."
