The various sections of an Act are often grouped into separate 'Parts' depending on their subject matter. Parts can be further divided into 'Divisions' and 'Subdivisions'.
The headings given to Parts and Divisions are a useful indication of the nature and scope the sections within them.
If you go back to the Table of Provisions of this Act you will see that there are two different Parts.
