Reciprocal obligations are those that are dependent on each other so that the performance of one requiring the performance of the other. The required performance might be sequential or simultaneous. In the case of the sale of goods, payment by the buyer and delivery by the seller are simultaneously reciprocal unless otherwise agreed.
