(b) That's right. The upper houses of state parliaments are all called Legislative Councils. But the lower houses have different names.

Lower houses are called Legislative Assemblies in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

In South Australia and Tasmania the lower houses are called Houses of Assembly.
